Main field of application for flexible idlers

These idler systems were sold with great success for over 30 years in various sectors of industries where bulk materials were moved.

Not only in Germany do these idlers show their advantages and economic efficiency by many satisfied customers.

Particular by sharp blows and shocks, for example beneath the loading chute or at the loading area, special shock absorber can be installed very easy. Special shock absorbers are available to reduce the effect of impact at these areas.

Where the flexible idlers can be used

On conveyor belts as flexible idlers on the top side or return idlers on the return side.

On conveyors from 400 to 1.400 mm belt size with a maximum centre distance up to 600 m.

The Neopren is resistant against the most chemical products and can be used at temperatures between -35 °C and +110 °C.

Fertilisers, chemical products, Phosphates, Quartz, Alumina, Sand and Gravel, foundry sand, slags, iron and steel processing, mining, sea salt, cement, sugar, glass, laundry powders (special white disks are available).
