Extruded honeycomb filter (ZF)

Extruded honeycomb filter with square and rectangle, smooth holes and thin cell walls have in relation to the filter surface the highest cross-section area of perforation with the result of the highest pouring performance. The high dimension stability guarantees a constant pouring time. Extruded honeycomb filters are usable up to 1.450 °C. (Qualities for higher temperatures will be developed).

Porosities of 100, 200 and 300 CSI (Number of rectangle cells per squareinch) are available. We recommend the following porosities:

grey iron 300 CSI
nodular iron 100 CSI
